Morrocan Lamb and Hummus Wraps
Ingredients:
4 Simson’s Pantry™ wraps (heated as per packet instructions)
1 cup hummus
2 tsp. Moroccan seasoning
150g fresh salad leaves
Handful fresh mint leaves
1 tomato, sliced
500g cooked lamb, sliced
Method:
- Combine the hummus with the seasoning and mix well.
- Spread each wrap with a bit of the hummus.
- Top with the fresh leaves, mint, tomato slices and lamb. Wrap and enjoy!
