Grilled Steak and Roasted Capsicum Wraps
Ingredients: 
4 Simson’s Pantry™ wraps(heated as per packet instructions)
150g fresh baby spinach leaves
1 small roasted red capsicum, deseeded and sliced
500g steak, grilled and sliced
1 cup tomato salsa
100g tasty cheese, shaved
1 tsp. chilli flakes (optional)
Method: 
  1. Add the spinach, capsicum, and steak to each wrap.
  2. Add a drizzle of salsa.
  3. Top with cheese and a sprinkle of chilli flakes. Wrap and enjoy!
