Grilled Veg and Feta Wraps
Ingredients:
4 Simson’s Pantry™ wraps (heated as per packet instructions)
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
½ small pumpkin, peeled and thinly sliced
1 small red capsicum, cut into strips
8 spring onions
150g fresh salad leaves
200g feta cheese, crumbled
¼ cup pepitas
1 cup tomato chutney
Method:
- Grill vegetables until tender.
- Add the fresh leaves and grilled vegetables to each wrap.
- Sprinkle with feta and pepitas.
- Top with a drizzle of the chutney. Wrap and enjoy!
